General Policies

• Withdraw and cancel bookings on the website at least 24      hours in advance.
• Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be      processed.
• If website is down for maintenance please call or text.
• Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution,      adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions,      and spam are strictly forbidden. Accounts found in violation will be      suspended pending investigation. 
• Repeated violations of terms conditions will cause user      accounts to be terminated.
• If the website doesn't allow you to book at a time you      need please contact us.
• If going for a walk you must provide the pets leash,      collar/harness, and muzzle (if required), as well as any special      instructions for the walk.
• We CANNOT service a pet while he/she has fleas.

Gift Cards

· If you receive a gift card, kindly liaise with management at info@pawznwagz.com or text us at 718-506-5268 to coordinate how you would like to use the available funds.

· There is nowhere for you to enter the gift card code on my site due to a technical issue, however kindly forward the notification you received with the gift card information to info@pawznwagz.com so all appropriate information can be applied to your order reservation

· When using a gift card you may receive a manually generated invoice from management, and not one usually issued at checkout
